Document all relevant master data on your equipment and gages in a central location. This includes not only types, locations, or serial numbers, but also commercial data and accompanying documents. In addition, you can identify your equipment and gages with tags in order to work in an even more structured manner. For a quick and easy start, you can also import your master data into the BabtecQube via CSV.
Use the equipment and gages management in BabtecQube to digitize the gage calibration process. Simply collect the gages due for delivery in BabtecQube and then send the master data bundled to the calibration laboratory.
As soon as the laboratory reports back with the results and certificates in digital form, you can import them directly to your gages at the touch of a button. To ensure that master data, calibration results and certificates are transferred reliably between the systems, the standardized exchange of data is based on the guideline VDI/VDE 2623.
