Collection and Processing of Personal Data
You can always use our online services without disclosing your identity. As soon as you log in, you can, however, be clearly identified by your user name. Your user name data include:
name of the website accessed, file, date and time of the access, data volume transferred, notification of successful access, browser type along with version, the user’s operation system, referrer URL (URL of the previous page visited), IP address, and the requesting provider.
Personal data shall only be collected, used, and forwarded if this is permitted by law or the users agree to the data collection. Personal data that you communicate to us, for example upon registration or by e-mail, will only be processed for corresponding with you and only for the purpose for which you have made the data available to us. We will use the data only for the purposes of the operation, security, and optimization of the services, as well as for statistical analyses. However, we reserve the right to later examine the protocol data if, based on specific indications, there is a justified suspicion of an illegal use. During use of our services, the user’s data are saved for the purpose of processing the inquiry.
There will be explicitly no transmission to third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
A Qube account will be created when you first register with Babtec Qube. Under “My Profile”, you can view the personal master data processed within Babtec Qube. A later modification of the master data is possible at any time.
We make use of services from Microsoft for implementing and handling the processing operations. The basis for registration and use of the Babtec Qube is a Microsoft Azure Active Directory account (MS ADD). An MS ADD account will be created when you first register with Babtec Qube. The data in the MS ADD Account includes only user name and password. A Qube account has more master data that an MS ADD account. These master data are not linked, however, to the MS ADD account, but are rather stored within the Babtec Qube account, which can be used separately from the MS ADD account. You can find additional information from Microsoft concerning privacy and the Azure Cloud at: https://www.microsoft.com/EN-US/privacystatement/OnlineServices/Default.aspx
