The registration of one user per supplier and answering complaints with an 8D report are free of charge. A fee-based connector may be purchased for directly connecting the Babtec.Q CAQ system to Babtec Qube.


4. What system requirements does Babtec Qube have?

Babtec Qube supports the latest versions of all current Internet browsers (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge).


5. What languages are supported?

Babtec Qube supports English and German.


6. Can my user account be used by several users?

For reasons of data protection and security, we recommend that you create an individual user account for each user. Registration is free of charge.


7. Are the data from Babtec.Q.Reporter compatible with Babtec Qube?

No. Complaints are handled via Babtec Qube without transforming them into a special file format. All of your entries are securely saved online. Installation, configuration, and the sending of e-mails are dispensed with.


8. Can I register with my Microsoft business account?

Yes. You can authenticate yourself for Babtec Qube using an existing Microsoft business account. Otherwise, you can register free of charge.
